SHIPPING

We are currently offering free shipping on all UK orders over £75. It will be sent out Royal Mail first class.

We aim to post orders within 2 – 3 working days.

Products will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. A flat rate of £2.95 will apply for within UK (Free shipping for over £75), and a flat rate of £7.95 for all other regions (Free shipping for over £100). If the total for a UK order is over £100, we will send it out it Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Tracked and Signed.  

If you require your item on a Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service) then please contact us on info@rockmedesigns.com and we can try our best to arrange and advise costs.

 

When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

Should your order not arrive, please contact us at info@rockmedesigns.com.

A full refund or a replacement will be offered once 14 days from dispatch has passed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will enjoy our jewellery but should you need to return an item, we do accept returns for a full refund or to exchange.

The exception will be for earrings which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless they are faulty. 

Please send an email to info@rockmedesigns.com with your order reference number 14 days of receipt. Once the items are returned back to us in its original condition, we will process the exchange or refund. The items will need to be sent back to us via recorded or tracked post and we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the post.

For a bespoke design item, the items can not be returned unless faulty.
