Rock Me Designs creates colourful contemporary jewellery;  delicate simple designs accented with sparkly semi-precious stones and vivid enamel.

As a girl, founder and gemmologist Naoko Wood spent hours playing with colourful beads and has never lost her girlhood love of jewellery. Despite a career of twists and turns, first at a bank and later discovering gemmology, Naoko’s early obsession has grown up into a unique handmade jewellery range.

 

Naoko sources unique gemstones to add a modern edge to jewellery (cyanite, hematite, and pyrite to name a few). All findings are made of sterling silver, gold vermeil (Sterling silver plated with 22 karat gold) or gold fill (Base metal fused with gold); perfect for those with sensitivity to metals. All the jewellery is delicate and simple in design using only the best quality semi-precious gemstones and metals, all finished by hand.

 

Designed and handmade in her studio in South East London, her pieces are versatile to compliment any outfit whether it be casual day wear or a night out. Not only does she have inspirational pieces in her Bespoke Collection, but she can be commissioned to make a ‘one-off’ design just for you.

 

From bespoke commissions to her range of aromatherapy jewellery, Naoko’s desire is that women feel a little more special, both outside and in.
